VHI Women's Mini-Marathon 2025
1 June 2025, 12:30pm - 6:00pm
Join thousands of women on the 10km course through Dublin this summer and choose to run, jog or walk in support of survivors of sexual violence.
The 2025 race will take place on Sunday 1st June - register today and start fundraising!
Here is how to get ready for race day:
- Register your place. Visit the VHI WMM website to register - the event organisers will send you race confirmation and information directly.
- Set yourself a fundraising goal. Decide how much you would like to raise and use this to keep you motivated as race day approaches. We do not set a minimum target – we just ask that you raise as much as you can!
- Set up a fundraising webpage. This is a great way to tell your friends, family and/or colleagues about the challenge you are taking on, as well as why Dublin Rape Crisis Centre is a charity you care about. You can link to our pages on iDonate (including iDonate's guide to setting up your page) and EventMaster, which both provide safe, secure and easy ways for people to support you. Choose “Start Fundraising” on either site to get started - you can then share it on social media.
- Tell everyone you know! And then tell them again. People are busy; remind them you are running and make it easy for them to support you by sharing your fundraising page. Provide updates each time you go out training and as you edge nearer to race day.
- Tell us! Email fundraising@rcc.ie to tell us you are taking part in the mini-marathon– we will send you a Dublin Rape Crisis Centre t-shirt to train and race in!
- Can you double it? Ask at work to see if your company offers matched funding – where they match every €1 you raise yourself!
- Have fun! You’ve done all your training and you’ve raised money to support survivors of sexual violence. It is time to enjoy race day, running every step with pride of what you have achieved. Don’t forget to wear your DRCC t-shirt!
We will post updates here as the date approaches so please check back in. Best of luck with your training and thank you for supporting our work!
