Volunteering with the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre
Here in the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre we recognise that we could not offer such a wide range of services without the ongoing support of our dedicated volunteers. The DRCC have a team of more than 70 trained volunteers who provide telephone counselling outside of office hours. Our volunteers will also accompany and offer support to women and men who attend the Sexual Assault Treatment Unit in the Rotunda hospital.
All volunteers receive extensive training from our volunteer coordinators and other staff members before selection for one of the above programmes.
