Awareness Raising Campaign - 2007-2010

With funding from our donors and from Cosc – the National Office for the Prevention of Domestic, Sexual and Gender based Violence, the DRCC commissioned an advertising campaign to raise awareness of the crimes of rape and sexual abuse and to encourage those who need help to access our National 24-Hour Helpline. A key message of the Campaign, which ran whatever the trauma, recovery is possible,and with the help that is available ‘you can come through this’. The campaign was formally launched by former Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, Brian Lenihan and ran annually from 2007-2010 with posters, radio ads and television ads
